Brake fixes
In school and on-the-job learning I have
done many car brake fixes. Mostly disc brake repairs, for example brake fluid
change, brake discs and brake pads change, and brake caliper changes etc.
When you only change brake pads you need to
clean all sliding surfaces & bolts, and put the copper paste at sliding
surfaces & sliding bolts at calipers.
And when you change brake fluids, you must
check which brake fluid is suitable. DOT3 and DOT4 is most common brake fluids.
You need pneumatic air brake oil fluid extractor, and with this tool you need
to suck old brake fluids out of the brake calipers. And at same time you must
add new brake fluid to brake fluid reservoir, so that it does not go all the
way empty and suck air in to the system.
You can get new brake parts form your local
car parts shop.
